Reporting to the Home Equity Group Product Manager, the Senior Home Equity Product Manager is responsible for growing home equity receivables and managing the P&L and product development of home equity line of credit. Understanding all disciplines involved in running a business, the Senior Home Equity Product manager will define the product’s overall customer-centric strategy and develop a business plan to ensure financial targets are met.


Qualifications
This opportunity requires: 10+ years product management and/or consumer marketing experience in the financial services industry, preferably in the home equity or mortgage industry; a proven track record for developing and executing successful customer acquisition/cross-sell programs; demonstrated ability to create, sell and implement new product strategies, including business case development. Undergraduate degree required. MBA preferred.

•Project Management: proven ability to manage large scale projects across functional disciplines within agreed upon time lines; possess good follow-up skills; ability to manage many different and often competing priorities to completion with efficiency and accuracy, results oriented and action-biased with a "can-do" attitude.
•Analytics: proven ability to conduct analyses to frame a business problem or opportunity and provide the basis for program strategy/execution.
•Creativity: proven ability to problem solve and develop a range of solutions to close a business gap; demonstrated ability to design and implement strategies to increase volume, revenue and market share.
•Matrix Management: track record for successfully leading and managing internal and external functional teams towards a goal; ability to gain buy-in and support across functions.
•Customer Focus: proven ability to identify key customer needs and to develop marketing programs or products to meet those needs and create value for the business.
•Financial Acumen: proven ability to understand product/channel economics and the P&L and operational ramifications of decisions.
•Communications: strong communication skills with ability to convey ideas articulately and succinctly both verbally and written to all levels of management including senior leadership.
•Quality/Attention to Detail: maintains highest standard of product, service and process quality; manages the business with attention to detail and data integrity.
•Technical: proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel (pivot tables a strong plus) and PowerPoint required.

Candidate Must Have :
* Strong Product Management experience in Home Equity or Mortgage
