Experience Required : 5 - 10 years

• Responsible for the interpretation and compliant administration of fiduciary matters for client accounts.

• Handles certain legal issues related to various trust accounts and engage legal counsel when necessary

• Oversees compliance and procedures of regional FO’s working with Special Needs and Delaware Trusts

• Oversees administration of a book of SCS and DE business

• Would be expected to maintain account activity documentation by using sophisticated, customized fiduciary account management computer systems

• Would be expected to administer a book of business

• Reviews, interprets, understands, make recommendations or resolve issues regarding legal documents governing or related to fiduciary accounts.

• Assists in Sales process as Specialty Consultant

• Responsible for Risk Management

• Chair centralized TAC and AAC Committees

• PTC Committee Member

• Develops personnel

• Cultivates and aggrandize referrals and relationships
Candidate Must Have :

Additional Information :

• *Must be able to learn and use sophisticated client data and trust management computer systems daily.

• Five to ten years fiduciary experience

• Graduate Business Degree and CPA; CTFA / Law Degree required

• Be knowledgeable in various State related and federal laws, including tax law.

• Must be knowledgeable in Special Needs and Delaware Trust Administration
