PAID RELOCATION
Performs clinical pharmacy functions and incorporates these functions within the framework of our drug dispensing distribution/administration systems. This will include assessment and evaluation of drug therapy as modifications are made to patient’s drug regimen. It will also include drug monitoring programs and participating in various drug use protocols. Major emphasis will be place on proper utilization of drugs.
Candidate Must Have :
Graduate of a college of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE) or graduate of a foreign college of pharmacy and, currently licensed by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy to practice in Texas.
Experience and proven competency in a clinical environment and a strong background in hospital pharmacy preferred.
