Experience Required : 3 - 5 years
PAID RELOCATION

Responsible for the design, layout, testing and evaluation of mechanical and electro-mechanical devices or systems.
Prepares design specifications, analysis and recommendations for presentation and approval.
Analyzes mechanical requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
Investigates solutions to product or process problems.
Consolidates results of mechanical design elements for assigned projects.
Conducts investigations involving the origination or modification of material, component or process specifications or requirements.
Performs product development activities including Pro-Engineer layout and interpretation/implementation of customer specifications and documentation requirements.
Be seen as the technical focal point on product and or system development
Be able to effectively estimate and track schedule for own work.
Meet design cost and schedule targets.
Be able to delegate assignments to designers and technicians.

Qualifications:
BSME degree with a minimum of 4 years of related experience or MSME with 1 year of related experience.
The candidate should have 4+ years of experience in leading design development in electrical packaging.

Preferred Additional Skills:
Prior experience defining and running mechanical analysis using FEA, CFD experience a plus.
Demonstrate the ability to translate a set of requirements into a product or system design.
