You will be expected to write lots of code, understand complex systems, apply best practices, create remarkable solutions, drive development, get involved in deployment, and ensure the highest quality code, testing, and usage experience. You must stay abreast of the latest technologies and methodologies related to online retail, general web application development, and general software development.

You will help produce innovative solutions to grow a web site that excites users and helps them to shop the way they want.

Key Responsibilities
· Taking ownership of e-commerce technology initiatives including web site development, ERP integration, customer service integration, and marketing programs.
· Writing amazing code and even better documentation
· Building test cases and ensuring high quality deliverables
· Working closely with Lead E-Commerce Developer to achieve objectives

Key Qualifications
· 3+ Years Software Development in Java
· 3+ Years Relational Database Experience (be a data master)
· 2+ Years E-Commerce Software Development (consumer retail strongly preferred)
· 2+ Years Any Popular Application Server
· 2+ Years JavaScript
· 1+ Years Spring Framework
· Incredible understanding of the Internet, from culture to technology
· Great communication skills (oral and written)
