Description:	TECHNICAL SKILLS Required/Must Have: Applicants must demonstrate experience and knowledge working with all of the following areas: 1. C#.NET - 2 yrs 2. Derivatives - 1 yr 3. Object Oriented Design - 2 yrs 4. UI experience – 2 yrs Desired /Plus: 1. Master s in computer science 2. ASP.Net 3. HTML5 4. Multithreading COMPETENCIES Required/Must have: 1. Derivatives experience 2. Experience building UIs in HTML design and implement business logic and UIs for calculators in C#. This position requires the candidate to work closely with our product partners throughout the development lifecycle. The candidate will participate fully in the Agile process followed by the team including requirements clarification, test driven development, work breakdown, and estimation. Candidate should be organized, articulate and comfortable working with the basics of derivatives. The work breakdown will be likely 80% analysis, design and development, 20% support (working hours).
