Description:    3-5 years experience 
· Financial experience and background a must; specifically knowledge of Repos or Fixed Income securities required. 
· Ability to interact with users, conduct demos with bank clients 
· Financial software installation, setup and user training experience required 
· Software development experience a plus 
· Ability to elicit requirements and critically evaluate information gathered into low-level functional requirements 
· Strong analytical skills to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and technical requirements 
· Knowledge on financial system architectures and infrastructures required 
· Ability to proactively communicate and collaborate with internal clients and ability to deliver functional requirements, use cases, interface designs 
· Work with developers and domain experts to establish technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance requirements 
· Utilize experience in enterprise-wide requirements definition, management systems and methodologies 
· Multitasking a must 
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers and domain experts 

· Open to both direct hire or contract
