Description:    In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the repair process, interfacing with customers, and the development and integration of new repair methods and technologies 


This includes: 
•Evaluation of serviceability of components, and collection of post service condition. 
•Determination and application of sui repairs and modifications. 
•Creation of repair process documentation (work instructions, routers, specifications, etc.). 
•Metallurgical evaluation and life extension of material. 

Candidate Must Have : B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering/ Mechanical degree.,Experienced with common repair processes EDM, machining, blending, measurement, coatings, etc..,Knowledge of nickel superalloy metallurgy, heat treating, welding / joining, and mechanical testing.,Fluent with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel).,5+ years experience with Industrial Gas Turbine (IGT) blade repair methodology & processes.
