Primary Skills:        
Description:    Human Capital Managers who specialize in HR Transformation enabled by Oracle EBS HR will have hands-on configuration and implementation experience in one or more of the following modules: 
• Payroll 
• Core HR 
• Benefits 
• ESS/MSS 
• Oracle Advanced Benefits (OAB) 
• Recruiting 
• Compensation 

• A minimum of 7 years relevant business consulting experience 
• Experience selling and leading large, complex global HR Transformation consulting engagements 
• Proven expertise leading large, complex teams through the project life-cycle 
• Extensive experience owning project budget, risk, staffing and client relationships 
• Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization 
• Bachelor’s Degree 
• Ability to travel 80% (Monday through Thursday, weekly) 

In addition, successful Managers will also have the following preferred skills: 
• MBA from a leading school 
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint) 
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment 
• Eagerness to mentor junior staff 
• Strong presentation skills
