Primary Skills:        
Description:    • Support clients by troubleshooting issues ranging from how-to questions to bug fixes and creating a trust based relationship 
• Take Ownership over open issues and drive the various teams across the organization until satisfactory solutions are accomplished. 
• Understand and manage client’s needs and expectations 
• Provide guidance for all technical questions including presale, integration and implementation 
• Willingness to work in unconventional hours 
• Manage escalation path with client awareness – explain timelines, report on progress and assure satisfaction with solutions 
Requirements: 
• Knowledge of Internet technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, various browsers, troubleshooting experience) 
• Experience working with costumer service routines such as SLA, reporting and more – considerable advantage 
• Superior personal skills, a winning service attitude and a sense of duty derived from the understanding of how a business relationship can raise and fall on the tone of voice of its support team 
• Significant, proven experience working with SQL and proven complex data analysis experience 
• Experience solving technical problems by using technical tools and working with technical teams 
• Linux system knowledge – an advantage 
• Familiarity with network concepts 
• Positive attitude
