Description:    5+ years collateral asset based examiner experience. 
Strong accounting and analytical skills. Ability to analyze financial statements and interpret legal documents. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills. 

-Requires extensive travel 

Preferred Skills 
-Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance 

Responsibilities: 
-Analyze information on collateral performance (turnover and dilution, trends, etc.) and communicate findings 
-Analyze financial reports to evaluate and report material changes in operating performance and/or balance sheet status 
-Assess the client s overall systems and records and identify any areas of potential exposure 
-Communicate with Underwriters, Account Executives, and Audit Manager throughout the engagement 
-Prepare clear and concise audit reports highlighting areas of exposure 
-Assist with training of new Field Examiners 
-Evaluate audit processes and work papers
