This individual must have proven experience and track record in driving business development and sales, collaborating in a highly matrixed organization and packaging and promoting communications services in the health care industry. 
This individual must have proven experience and track record in driving business development and sales, collaborating in a highly matrixed organization and packaging and promoting communications services in the health care industry. 
This individual must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients. 
Strong fundamental business skills; ability to appropriately evaluate and structure value creating deals for the business. 
Relevant industry knowledge of analytical research and development, and manufacturing. 
Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to listen and communicate effectively with customers and internal team members and management. 
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong internal relationships. 
Proven ability to organize and plan work and balance multiple priorities effectively meet deadlines. 
Ability to interact effectively with scientists and technical staff from customers and from the organization. 
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
