| Description: | Solid understanding of GAAP and Fixed Asset accounting rules and policies.
Basic Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail, organized and deadline oriented, analytical, work independently while being able to prioritize multiple tasks and problem solve
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Excel and Access
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with SAP Fixed Asset and Project Management module
- Understanding of accounting for Construction in Process and Fixed Assets
- Bachelor s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience
