Description:	REQUIREMENTS:  5+ years experience in driving engineering initiatives in the overhaul or repair of aero-engine components, outgoing individual with innovative problem solving skills.  Ability to work with diverse groups of skilled workers to meet aggressive development goals.  Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.,  Ability to drive and support organizational change and rapid product line growth.  Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field.  Responsible for development and maintenance of Air Plasma Spray coating processes for gas turbine engines components. Responsibilities include technical ownership of robot programming, process parameter development, metallurgical evaluation, tooling development, surface prep and finishing methods.
