| Description: | • Support the business initiatives of a business unit (i.e., Marketing, Research & Development, etc.) by providing financial insight, analysis and perspective.
• Support business initiatives of either the overall Business division or a specific Business Unit (i.e., Marketing, R&D, Sales).
• Provide industry, internal, competitive, and market analyses.
• Deliver benchmark and market research, and provide financial insight to assist with strategic decision-making.
• The ideal candidate will bring at least 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing finance role to the position. (Public/private mix or all pubic or all private)
• Must be able to multi-task and think big picture.
• Preferably, you are a CPA and/or MBA and love the pursuit of problem solving and learning.
• Looking for candidates who show longevity in their careers, not people who change jobs every 2 years.
• Candidate needs to have strong communication skills, good enthusiasm without being over the top, and have a great work ethic.
