Required Skills: 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital advertising analytics
 
• Competency in statistical analytic techniques such as: time series data analysis, forecasting segmentation, univariate & multivariate statistical analysis, various metrics and key performance indicators, research & test design, significance testing, hypothesis testing, variance and growth calculations, return on investment
 
• Project management skills, including the abilities to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and work effectively with colleagues and clients in diverse departments, geographic locations, and time zones
 
• Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations using statistical and econometric modeling techniques
 

• Experience with the following tools:
 
o MS Office: Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, advanced macros, etc.) and PowerPoint
 
o Web analytics tools: Google Analytics, Omniture, DART, Coremetrics, etc.
 
o Open source statistical software: R or Python (similar to SAS, SPSS, etc.)
 
o Database (SQL, MySQL, NoSQL, Splunk, etc.)
 
• Experience with data visualization and/or an eye for design — a plus
 
• Self-motivated, fast learner, and team player willing to help others
 
• Proactive, independent thinker with high energy and positive attitude
 
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.Sc.) or equivalent in Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Computer Science, Decision Science, Economics, Information Management Studies, Integrated Marketing Communications, Bio-statistics, Bio-informatics, Psychology, Sociology
 

Responsibilities:
 
• Package and present analytical findings and clearly communicate (both written and verbal) campaign results to program managers, marketing, sales team, and the end client in both statistical and non-statistical terms
 
• Support sales and account teams by providing data-driven industry overviews, information on research products, assisting with trouble-shooting issues, and answering questions that may arise from data issues and reports
 
• Business reporting: aggregate data structures across multiple platforms
 
• Collaborate with various internal teams
 
• Work with clients and analytics partners to define, extract, and synthesize available data and share results and insight with team members
 
• Use advanced database analytics to track consumer behavior and engagement
 
• Leverage predictive models to support proactive “what-if” analyses of different programs
