5+ years mortgage finance or securitization modeling experience.
Strong verbal and written communications, and analytical skills.

Experience with Intex
Cash Flow Modeling within structured securities
non - agency RMBS experience
Advanced Excel
Develop financial and/or production models for mortgage- or asset-backed transactions for company or 3rd party issued securitizations or trusts. May provide pricing support/analysis to company traders pre- or post-trade. May work with internal/external business counterparts to resolve trust structure issues as they relate to tax rules, credit enhancement and/or tranche cash flow. May evaluate deals and structures for acceptability around deal parameters, system limitations, stability, accuracy, profitability and/or future price/value. May be responsible for accurate structure disclosure/data for deal documents and/or internal/external materials for company issued transactions.
Identify, communicate and resolve modeling limitations with potential multi-functional implications among all company departments. Lead or actively participate in the evaluation of new product initiatives and projects. Develop and implement departmental and division procedures, policies and controls to maintain the accuracy and efficiency of processes and, in certain instances, to minimize the risk of issuance output and on-going production cash flow.
Assist with training and cross-training of less experienced team members. Should be an expert in you area of specialty and have a firm understanding of all other areas impacting transactions. May manage 1-2 less senior structuring or reverse engineering team members.
