QUALIFICATIONS:
 

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial or Telecomm Engineering, Computer Science,
 

Computer Engineering, Physics, Business Information Systems or related field is required.
 

At least 5 years of experience in business system analysis or related area is required.
 

At least 3 years of SAP configuration experience is required.
 

At least 3 years of experience in ABAP development is required.
 


SAP system design and analysis experience is required.
 

Strong interpersonal skills are required.
 

Strong conflict management skills are required.
 

Experience with relational database design and client server concepts is required.
 

Solid working knowledge of personal computers and servers including Windows, Linux, SQL and Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required
 

Review, analyze, debug, and modify the design and function of the SAP business system. The position will configure and maintain new and existing functionality in at least two (2) SAP modules such as SD, MM, QM, PM, PS, PP, FI, CO. Champion the use of commonly-used concepts, standards, and best practices and procedures within a particular SAP module. Gather business requirements and develops design/programming specifications. Test, document, and conduct end user training regarding SAP enhancements to ensure the system is being used properly and meeting business needs.
