Description: | Required: • Minimum of 5 years of experience deploying and/or supporting complex software solutions (ecommerce, CRM, digital advertising, etc.) to enterprise-level clients • Stable job history • Experience in a video production environment a strong plus • Experience with ecommerce / digital advertising best practices a plus • Willingness to take coaching • Experience working with a distributed team of sales managers, project managers and technical support Build long-term relationships, establish strategic programs, and deliver impactful and measurable business value to customers. The right person will have a deep understanding of the customer acquisition, engagement and retention lifecycle and will be responsible for partnering with our clients to drive the deployment of solutions in a consultative and results driven manner. The Account Manager will establish deep key client relationships with a focus on the education and constant reinforcement of the value of video and the measurable impact it has on our customers’ businesses and their customer’s level of satisfaction. To be a successful Client Account Manager you will need to be consultative, business orientated and analytical.
