An undergraduate degree; MBA or Master’s degree is ideal

Minimum 8-10 years of demonstrated, proven impact and results in building and implementing talent strategies that built individual and organization capabilities

Strong knowledge and passion for building talent and organization capabilities

Strong written and verbal presentation skills. Ability to champion a point of view, influence and lead change across the organization

Credible, proven leadership, influence and relationship building skills

Process thought leadership and implementation

Strong project management and planning skills

Builds trust and rapport quickly and completely

Outstanding collaboration /teambuilding/management & consulting skills

Creative, innovative and able to leverage best practices

 

Drive performance, development and talent planning processes to integrate talent management as a business process. Lead talent planning strategy, process, and implementation. Manage pipeline of high-potential candidates for succession planning and collaborate with Recruitment on internal and external talent pools.

 

Highly developed facilitation skills of building consensus and resolving conflictsHighly motivated, self-starter and problem-solver
