Description:   

Establish a system allowing effective collaboration between all the structural units in the company to support strategically important departments: Sales and R&D. Support all strategic initiatives of the company with a purpose to increase company's capitalization and to reinforce a company position on one of the design tools market.

 

Main responsibilities:

Effectively lead and manage global business operations of the company;

 

Bring the companies organizational structure and interaction between different department to optimal and effective model in order to support company's growth and strategic purpose but with respect to a conservative market the company operates in;

 

Implement and lead transformational change to the company as a long-term accomplishment;

 

Assure transparency and accountability of all processes, including (interactions between departments, collaboration with channels partners, P&L, unit's efficiency and KPIs);

 

Motivate and lead a high performance management team;

 

Collaborate with the global sales teams to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure to enable the growth objectives of the organization;

 

Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and all aspects of company's market;

 

Requirements

5 + years of C -level experience with a proved record of achievements in technology market;

 

High-level leadership experience in operations to support the key areas of the business to achieve the company's strategic goals;

 

An ability to think strategically and respond tactically;

 

Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills;

 

Proven ability to prioritize and taken action against multiple opportunities and challenges;

 

Strong macro and micro-management skills;

 

Demonstrate a disciplined and strong governance mindset;

 

Experience with supporting transformational change required to underpin a high-growth company
