Description:   

Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) and project champion

for all software systems.  This person must ensure tasks are completed on a mutually agreeable schedule, ensuringquality and adherence to project management, architectural, and other standards

established by the organization. In addition to completing tasks themselves, the

Senior Programmer/Analyst assists in assigning tasks to other IT programming

staff and provides input to the Manager, Applications Development and Support to

facilitate the development and evaluation of IT staff

·       

8 years minimum experience developing applications with MS

.NET, C#, .NET framework 4.5 (4.0 is acceptable), ASP.NET,

Model-view-controller (MVC) Web Development, jQuery, inversion of control (IoC)  

 

      Possess knowledge and experience with Agile developmentmethodologies    

Possess a firm understanding of object-oriented analysis and

design.

 

·        Strong PL/SQL database manipulation experience

 

Expertise with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) - (SOAP/REST)

 

 

Experience accessing databases via Entity Framework, ODP.NET,

LINQ, NHibernate, etc…
