Qualifications

2+ years commercial lending or credit analysis experience.

- Proficient at financial statement analysis and financial modeling

- 2+ years of general lending or investment banking

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

 

Plusses

- Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics Degree

- Technology/Software Industry Experience

- 1-2 years of prior experience in underwriting or portfolio management.

- Working knowledge of Capital IQ, Microsoft PowerPoint, LUCAS, and/or WFCF proprietary database application

 

Work closely with an assigned and more senior relationship manager to provide support for a specific portfolio of Senior Secured credit facilities of middle market Technology-focused clients. This includes direct interaction with clients, the underwriting, and approval of credit requests and presentation to senior management. Other account handling responsibilities including (a) Preparation of monthly trend reports, (b) the presentation of such reports to senior management, and (c) financial/covenant/other reporting tracking and analysis on a weekly or monthly basis. Coordinate and execute the delivery of funding wires to the Company on a daily basis.
