Description:   

Strong HR professional capable of managing a staff of approximately 12 people.  The position reports to the Corporate HR Manager and has responsibility for all human resource activities throughout the division, which consists of both manufacturing and distribution facilities. 

 

Prior multi-site responsibility is preferred, but is not an absolute requirement. 

 

Union experience is also preferred but is not required.  A polished and dynamic professional with superior verbal, written, and presentation skills.  The preferred candidate will likely have 15+ years of progressively responsible HR experience in the manufacturing arena.  Stable work history is required. 

 

Possess the ability to deal effectively with all levels of personnel at the plant level.  Employer is looking for a change agent with the experience and vision needed to make positive changes that will result in the Human Resource function being viewed as a true business partner to other parts of the operation.  Relocation assistance will be provided.
