Qualifications:

 

NO CONTRACTORS

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience with developing embedded applications for Linux

Experience with C, C++/Object Oriented programming

Experience with multi-threaded programming

Experience with compilers (e.g. GCC), debuggers (e.g. GDB), bug-tracking

(JIRA) and source code management tools (Smart SVN) or similar required

The ideal candidate should be a quick learner and also have strong problem

solving skills and the ability to evaluate and troubleshoot various products in

a timely manner

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and can work independently with

minimal work direction & supervision and also a good team player

 

Responsibilities:

 

Instill company-wide best-practices for software development, source

control, release management, and deployment / B2B distribution solutions

Train and assist others in facilitating software development and release

duties

Develop and maintain the build infrastructure for multiple software products

and target platforms

Administer the version control system

Administer the bug tracking software

Assist Development and QA teams to implement and maintain a scalable

Automated Test infrastructure

Implement a continuous integration and test driven development

strategies
