Rate:   $100K - $115K

 

Description:   

•BS (4 years of university experience) is required Industrial Engineering degree is preferred or

•Master’s degree is recommended

•Black Belt Trained/Certified preferred incumbent is expected to be Black Belt certified within 6-12 months

•Clear understanding and practical application of Lean Manufacturing, Lean - Six Sigma (DMAIC and/or DFSS) or other Continuous improvement tools ( Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, Creating one piece flow, Kanban, A3, Process mapping, Statistical Process Control, Root Cause Analysis)

•Ability to facilitate groups including front-line, peer, and site leadership

•Outstanding communication, and cross-functional project and team leadership skills

•Demonstrated ability to independently develop, manage and implement aggressive project plans

•Prior experience in an operational role is preferred

•Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is preferred
