MUST HAVE INTERNATIONAL RECRUITING EXPERIENCE

 

MUST HAVE A "HIGH OCTANE PERSONALITY"

 

This is a STRATEGIC position DIRECTING global workforce planning and recruitment strategies, company "branding", recruiting consistency and excellence, and managing the company's embedded RPO program.

This position will be Tulsa-based and directly managing a 3-5 professional staff.

Will travel 20% globally.

BS degree required with a minimum of 8 years professional level experience RECRUITING for a multinational organization, ideally in the Energy sector.

 

MUST HAVE SOLID INTERNATIONAL HR EXPERIENCE FOR CONSIDERATION. NO EXCEPTIONS, CLIENT IS NOT INTEREST IN CANDIDATES FROM THE FOOD OR SERVICE SECTOR.
