REQUIREMENTS

•Experience and thorough understanding of curriculum development, instructional design, and test development

•Thorough understanding of project management, needs assessment, and risk management

•Superior critical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills

•Exceptional oral and written communication skills

•Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision

•Ability to facilitate collaboration, support, and buy-in from a variety of stakeholders

 

Responsible for the design of university curriculum, for supporting student success through the effective development of curriculum, and for providing innovative curricular strategies and solutions across university programs. Work with National Program Directors, Program Councils, Associate Provost for Program Development, and other stakeholders to envision and implement effective degree programs that serve the needs of students and employers.
