Required Skills
•Bachelor's degree in human  resources or business administration required
•5-7  years of  HR Business Partner experience with extensive data/statistical analysis background  THIS IS THE KEY TO THEM
•Solid background in compensation survey and analysis
•Must be a detail-oriented thinker exhibiting strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
•Excellent written and oral communication and listening skills required
•Experience with ADP HRIS and Payroll systems preferred
 
Responsibilities
Will be responsible for a range of activities including collecting and analyzing workforce data, drive talent reporting and analytics, manage annual compensation review, and develop university diversity initiative.
•Design and deliver reports and create standardized dashboard analytics for executive leaders and  business units
•Provide strategic analysis of workforce data to help drive informed decisions internally and across a variety of departments throughout the university
•Examine existing and proposed processes and propose process improvements and enhance efficiencies
•Regularly support HR process improvement projects by delivering metrics to support business case development and change management efforts.
•Work closely with other team members to brainstorm, strategize and complete ad hoc requests creatively, effectively and efficiently
•Monitor, analyze and report on data trends that may impact strategically on existing or future projects/processes
•Partner with outside consultants to manage  and deliver annual compensation review process
•Perform role evaluations by partnering with management to write job descriptions, evaluate positions both internally and externally, and provide appropriate grade determinations
•Work in tandem with Human Resources Director to provide coaching and counseling to employees and leadership
•Assist with implementation and testing of new Human Resources Information System
•Research diversity and inclusion best practices and vet program with management and coordinators
•Develop initiative milestones and report on recommendations
