JOB DESCRIPTION

Provides strategic direction and leadership for multiple retail stores and kiosks within assigned area to maintain the Company position as the premier quality provider of convenience communications services
Hires, develops and motivates management staff in assigned area.
Conducts regular visits to store locations to ensure appropriate business operation.
Facilitates goal setting, development and performance evaluation of store/kiosk managers.
Ensures that there are efficient vehicles in retail/kiosk locations for providing high quality sales and consistent service to our customers.
Establishes criteria to ensure efficient, courteous handling of customer sales and service requests including billing/service problem resolution, accessory sales, technical troubleshooting and bill payments.
Effectively manages profit/loss responsibility for stores/kiosks in assigned area.
Ensures that area retail stores/kiosks are staffed appropriately and meet sales performance and profitability criteria.
Resolves customer concerns requiring higher level management attention.
Collaborates with peers to ensure national consistency throughout operations.
Identifies growth opportunities within assigned area utilizing site selection criteria and oversees the store build-out process.
Provides leadership and direction in the transition and/or launch of new markets.
Multi-unit management skills.
Ensures that all staff is receiving proper training to consistently and appropriately serve customers.

Position Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5-7 years related customer sales and service/retail experience.
3-5 years leadership/supervisory experience.
Well developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
Valid driver's license in the state of employment and automobile insurance.
