Build organizational effectiveness and capability through world class change leadership practices and employee relations strategies, which enable the Company to attain its business objectives and build employee commitment.

Provide coaching and guidance, to include conflict and grievance resolution, due to personal and/or collective bargaining agreement disputes in a union environment.

Lead corporate Human Resources initiatives such as the organizational health process and performance management process.

Serve as an employee champion to ensure processes and relationships are fair and equitable and deliver communication and support systems to ensure all employees are fully engaged in the business and are fully committed to its success.

Lead and ensure diversity initiatives are realized.

Ensure full compliance of HR initiatives (SOX, staffing, people processes, compensation, employee relations, and organizational development) to drive growth initiatives.

Administer Company and Human Resource policies and procedures are executed with excellence.

Drive recruitment, selection and succession planning strategies for client group vacancies.

Requirements:
BA or BS in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Development or another related discipline. MBA preferred.
5-6 years of Human Resources or labor relations experience.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Strong analytical skills.

* Labor Relations experience
* Change Management experience
* Manager Coaching Experience
* Hands on, multi-tasking HR experience
* Union Avoidance experience
