Description:
Being a part of the HR team requires creating a culture which encourages teamwork and ownership of the business results. The current job opening supports one of our manufacturing facilities, providing HR generalist support which includes serving as an employee advocate, functional expert, change agent and business partner. Your role as a business partner will consist of aligning the right solutions, ideas, skills and people with the needs of the business.
-Lead 600 employee union plant facility initiatives such as total productive manufacturing, leadership training and People Processes (performance, review, objective setting, people planning/succession planning, Mid-Year Review, Organization Health and 360 Feedback, processes).
-Partner with and influence business partners and line clients to proactively drive organizational change management strategy and initiatives to ensure successful business transformation.
-Create an effective employee relations environment that enables the facility and the organization to attain its business objectives, builds employee commitment, and eliminates external influence and ensures compliance
-Manage local benefit and compensation programs.
-Serve as an employee advocate to ensure that organizational processes and relationships are fair and equitable.
-Develop and deliver internal and external strategies, tools and resources to attract, retain and develop world class talent.
-Promote positive community relations by developing and maintaining an inclusive community relations program.
Minimum Requirements:
-BA or BS degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or I/O Psychology or related discipline. MA preferred.
-At least 4 years of progressive experience as a HR generalist including plant employee relations and advocacy, change leadership/management, performance management, staffing and selection, TPM (or related discipline) and organizational development.
-Strong leadership, coaching and influence management skills.
Candidate Must Have :
* Must be willing to relocate within Pepsi-QTG HR organization
* MA/Industrial Relations desired
* At least 4 years generalist experience in a manufacturing environment
* Labor Relations experience
* Strong Leadership and Coaching Skills
