The position is responsible for planning, directing, and for ensuring quality operations all phases of human resources (e.g., employment, placement, and retention). Candidate must a) have the ability to source experienced candidates for placement and hiring consideration and create a network of potential new hires for future consideration as well; b) possess a proven ability to maintain college recruiting schedules as well as to develop meaningful relationships with multiple colleges and universities throughout the year; c) be able to facilitate and manage training programs; d) be able to manage all aspects of human resources, payroll, and benefit issues for employees.

The position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.

-Must be able to consults with department leadership to build people management capability throughout their organization. Serves as catalyst for culture change by ensuring that department strategies, tactics and practices are aligned with organization's behaviors and values.
-Must demonstrate outstanding and strategically focused leadership skills that include competencies such as: business acumen, strong communication and facilitation skills, high drive and productivity along with excellent "influence" and teaming skills.
-Must have an excellent ability to balance a strategic focus with a strong orientation toward process improvement and an analytical, detail oriented perspective.
-Must have thorough knowledge of state and federal regulatory compliance laws.
-Must be an excellent facilitator who is skilled in resolving conflicts and be a provider of sound counsel to senior leadership on sensitive issues.
-Must have an excellent ability to balance a strategic focus with a strong orientation toward process improvement and an analytical, detail oriented perspective.

Requirements:
Must have Labor Relations experience.
Minimum 7 years of HR experience.
BA/MA Industrial Relations and/or BS in Org Psychology, HR, Business or related field.
PHR/SPHR Certification and advanced degree preferred.
