Job Description:	Risk Officer Associate Level Approve and document client adoptions for financial institution and corporate entities Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) /Anti-Money Laundering (AML) due diligence and risk analysis on these institutions. Duties include conducting searches, reviewing KYC/AML documents and performing QA on work product.   Deputize for the Team head of NCA. Perform QA function for the group ensuring work performed by team is compliant with Rules and Regulations Develop, coach and mentor staff through building a performance management culture Review source deal documents & non-public information to confirm entities and roles Obtain public documentation Conduct searches using  proprietary and public search engines Complete risk profile of entities Escalate high risk/negative information in accordance with  policies Grant/Reject Clearance of entities to the Business Maintain KYC files Assure all KYC/AML documentation complies with laws of relevant jurisdiction as well as DB policies. Help develop new KYC/ processes and documentation as required Ensure business appropriate turnaround times on KYC/AML approvals Liaise with Compliance , Business and Risk managers   1. Strong administrative and operational skills Excellent documentation review skills Understanding of KYC/AML laws and regulations Working knowledge of  KYC/AML policies Good interpersonal and communication skills, self motivated, confident and able to multi task Excellent research and problem solving skills Transaction Banking product knowledge a plus  (ie Cash Management, Trade Finance and  Trust & Securities Services ) 2.
