The Enterprise Content Management Software IT Specialist provides technical support for the ECM Plains sales team. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of ECM offerings, IBM strategies, and competitive/industry knowledge. Typical activities include: articulation of the benefits of the solutions, delivery of product/solution presentations and demonstrations, coordination/delivery of PoCs, answering customers' questions, countering customers concerns, building solution designs based on customer’s requirements, preparation of technical responses to proposals, and differentiation of offerings from the competition. In addition, the position requires strong communication skills, teamwork, and technical thought leadership. Major Field of Study: Computer Science, business.

To qualify for this position, you must have a minimum of five years technical experience in the ECM space. The ideal candidate will have hands-on IBM (or competitive) ECM product design and implementation skills. This position will be located in the Greater Des Moines, IA area.

Candidate Must Have :
* Experience in the ECM space
* Hands on ECM product design and implementation skills
* Comprehensive knowledge of ECM offerings, strategies, and competitive/industry knowledge
* Delivery of product/solution presentations and demonstrations, coordination/delivery of PoCs, answering customers' questions, countering customers concerns, building solution designs based on customer’s requirements and preparation of technical responses to proposals
