Job Description:	Business Analyst/Junior Project Manger REPORTS TO:                 Middle Office Manager   POSITION PURPOSE: The Business Analyst/Junior Project Manager role requires speaking with internal clients regarding future system enhancements, documenting these enhancements for future releases, while managing the process from inception to production.  Assist the team with new Report and Crystal Reporting functionality related to report development, testing and documentation.  Monthly Internal Financial, Audit and Management Reporting will be part of the role.   ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONS: This position relates to internal  Services clients (progressing to external clients), primarily the middle office and back office staff, as well as all IT staff.   REQUIREMENTS: Business Analyst Role Requirements:   ·         Capability to work with users and identity issues, suggest and implement solutions ·         Ability to manage an enhancement from initial documentation, testing, rollout and end user documentation ·         Provide Release Notes for user community for any system modifications and enhancements ·         Understand full systems project lifecycle ·         Understand full trade lifecycle ·         Self Starter ·         Ability to work independently ·         Project Management skills a + ·         Knowledge on Back and Middle Office Functionality and applications and reporting a plus   Business Skills Requirements:   ·         Excellent organizational/presentation & listening skills ·         Ability to adapt to change in work priorities as requested and multi-task within various projects ·         Excellent communication skills, both oral and written ·         Participating in testing financial trading and accounting systems ·         Business knowledge of front, middle and back office activities associated with any or all of the following financial instruments: o        Equities o        Options o        Fixed Income o        Swaps o        Currency o        Commodities o        Forwards o        Futures
