Active Directory (AD)/IDM Sr. Analyst
The Technical Services and Operations (TSO) group of the Information Systems & Technology organization provides Web hosting and IT infrastructure services Publications and related companies. TSO provides direct and indirect technology services to every end-user, improving upon traditional service levels in the server administration, database administration, e-mail administration, network engineering and architecture planning areas.
As a member of the TSO Security and Identity Management (IDM) team, the Active Directory (AD)/IDM Sr. Analyst will participate in the day-to-day management and operations the team administering Active Directory and the Sun Identity Management environment for companies services by TSO.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to support and manage Microsoft AD infrastructure including hands-on management of DCs and associated environments; support and manage Sun Identity Management infrastructure; provide design expertise as it relates to the management of AD schemas; work with Security, network engineering and Windows Administration teams on AD and Sun IDM architecture and host management questions; participate in comprehensive network support operations; assist in the development and management of business workflow processes surrounding user provisioning/deprovisioning, password and account management
Our ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft Active Directory knowledge and experience; windows server administration knowledge; experience with Sun IDM configuration deployment; IDM, JES - some combo of AM, Portal, LDAP; some Unix/Solaris skills and ability to write/modify Unix scripts; overall understanding/experience with a wide variety of technologies including vendor neutral authentication/provisioning technologies/approaches, relational databases, networking, security, and programming and authentication technologies; good communications skills (oral/written) and great interpersonal/consulting skills are mandatory and must be proficient in authoring and contributing to technical design documents.

The Manager, Technology will oversee the development of web application functionality and evaluate business requirements for technical feasibility. This individual will estimate, plan and track technical projects and activities and will manage a group of developers. In addition they will perform technical design and code reviews, design and develop application features and be a primary problem solving resource.
The Manager must be able to demonstrate senior-level knowledge in the following: J2EE development (Servlets, JDBC, JSP), Web application frameworks, data modeling and SQL, internet technologies (TCP/IP,HTTP, SMTP,XML,RSS), development and deployment of applications on Unix/Linux. The successful candidate will ideally have experience with Online publishing/media industry, content management systems, Spring Framework, Hibernate, Oracle, IBM Rational ClearCase, IBM WebSphere and Adobe Flash and Action Script. This individual should have a BS degree and seven + years professional experience with a minimum of three years supervisory experience.
