The PeopleSoft HR ePerformance Senior Consultant (SC) will have Min. 4 yrs. of PeopleSoft HR hands-on delivery & configuration experience (v8.8+), including full-life cycle project & configuration of the ePerformance module; 2 full lifecycles required, Solid understanding of HR processes is required. Ability to resolve configuration and functional business issues across the various HR modules in a hands-on manner is critical.

Candidate Must Have :
* Must have Recent PS/Functional consultant Experience.Working functional knowledge of PS HCM applications, Configuration of core HR.Must have particularly in the ePerformance Module, including implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing PeopleSoft applications.Hands-on developed project deliverables - formal/structured methodology, Requirements definition/mapping & apply required configuration changes, Test plan, scenario, & script development, UAT execution lead role for a specific area, Medium to large client interaction & process consulting experience, Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Visio,Strong verbal/written communications skills, Process definition, analysis, design, & implementation, Training material development,Process Transformation,
* Need to have v8.8+ or above.
