3+ years of SAP/SD configuration experience to include 2 Full Lifecycle implementations, plus configuration Full Lifecycle implementation in one of the following modules: MM, PP or FI/CO while serving as a Team Lead on at least one project. The SAP Lead Consultant is responsible for the successful delivery of SAP technology/process deliverables to Mid-Market clients, and assists clients in the selection, implementation and support of SAP solutions. Consultant will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development and performance measurement tasks. The Lead Consultant will provide functional and business process experience while leading teams on SAP implementation projects. He/she will be responsible for planning, leading and actively participating in the design, configuration and testing of multi-SAP modules. Prefer multi-module hands-on configuration experience in SAP/SD and one of: SAP/MM, SAP/PP, or SAP/FI/CO. Mid-Market consulting industry experience is highly preferred. IBM is looking for in-depth knowledge in the following areas: SAP functional /technical knowledge of SD and MM, PP, or FI/CO; 2 Full Lifecycle implementations in SAP/SD with 1 Full Lifecycle implementation in either MM, PP, or FI/CO; Hands-on experience in developing project deliverables using a formal/structured methods; Ability to apply SAP knowledge to resolve configuration and technical issues. Additionally, looking for applied knowledge with the ability to perform tasks with assistance in the following areas: Process definition, analysis, design, and implementation; Ability to conduct business requirements definition sessions and apply appropriate configuration corrections; demonstrated leadership skills combined with the ability to manage teams; Medium to large client interaction and process consulting experience; Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Must live near major metropolitan airports.

Candidate Must Have :
* Multi-SAP-module experience with 2 Full Lifecycle implementations (any module) and an additional 1 Full Lifecycle implementation in any additional module
* Must have lead a small team on at least 1 project
* Consulting firm background
* Bachelor's degree combined with a minimum of 3 years experience
* Experience leading both teams, and dealing with clients

It is expected that newly hired resources into the Global Business Services U.S. practice live within a reasonalbe commuting distance (generally 50 miles) of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; Clevelend, OH; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Hartford, CT; Houston, TX; Kansas City, MO; Los Angeles, CA; Miami, FL; New York City, NY and surrounding area; Philadelphia, PA; San Francisco, CA; and Washington, D.C.
