This position within Core Banking Application Portfolio can be filled in Cleveland, Columbus or Cincinnati.

The Business Analyst consults with business partners, identifying and analyzing the needs of clients. Develops strategies, facilitates and leads the LOB to solve business problems through the process of identifying and analyzing detailed requirements to properly reflect client needs that ultimately translate into system designs. Own and manage the business and functional requirements through all phases of the project life cycle for large, complex technology initiatives. Manages changes using established change control procedures. Provides oversight to the test planning, execution and validation efforts. Provides mentoring of other staff through hands on training and individual guidance as needed. Through collaboration this individual will build strong alliances with clients, peers, and IS teams throughout the definition and management of requirements and solution design

Work with technical resources to quickly grasp understanding of existing distributed applications and enhance documentation as appropriate. Use knowledge to develop and manage knowledge transition plan to expand functional and technical expertise in these areas.

Identify opportunities for and support ongoing renewal efforts of critical legacy applications.
Understanding of Business Continuity Fundamentals; Analytical and documentation skills; Good communication skills, both written and verbal; Experience with defining and documenting processes
Utilizes knowledge of Business Continuity Planning practices to design, develop and implement improvements to the continuity planning program to meet the needs of clients
Provides support to clients to insure quality implementation of BCP processes and tools
Creates and maintains documentation related to the BCP program
Develop and maintain training material and conduct training of users on related processes and tools
Design reports to utilize data in the various BCP systems to meet the needs of the clients
Coordinate user testing of continuity plans
Coordinates and provides support to response to small to moderate production incidents

Develops, documents and maintains processes to address clients needs and prepares material to train clients on these processes
Develops and uses test plans and scripts to test processes and tools for quality
