Position / Title      Quality Assurance Analyst
Application is:.  Quality Assurance on ITG Market Data Products:
Responsibilities of the Initial Assignment (What will the person be doing?) Basic QA testing of products including on-going bug fix verifications and implementation of test plans in an Extreme Programming environment. Write and implement formal QA test plans. Write automated test scripts where appropriate. Assist developers in quickly determining the cause of problems reported in production systems.
Essential Technical Knowledge / Skills What level of expertise is needed?   1 = Familiar With       3 = Working Knowledge of     5 = Expert UNIX –3 Windows - 3 X-Windows - 3 Scripting -3
Other Desired Skills / Experience General knowledge of software development life cycle.-4 General knowledge of QA systems and methodologies - 4 Use of debugging tools -3 Knowledge of automated tests tools - 3 Ability to write and implement test plans - 4
Will this position include production support responsibilities?  To what extent? None
Degree in Computer Science Other degree OK with Quality Assurance experience
