5+ years of SAP HR experience (v4.6 or above) with a Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience.Candidates must have hands-on delivery/config experience in the PA/OM modules. Secondary module exp in recruiting, performance management, career management, succession management or compensation.Experience doing minimum 3 full lifecycle projects. HR PA/OM Managing Consultant / Team Lead is directly accountable/ responsible for successful delivery of Human Capital Management (HCM) technology/process deliverables, including implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing SAP HR applications. This consultant participates in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, config, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of large-scale SAP HCM engagements. In addition, the Team Lead provides hands-on leadership, direction, and mentoring to a team of cons, which generally consists of cons, subcontractors, remote global resources, and client employees, through all phases of the project. The Team Lead manages client relationships as well as has direct involvement in qualifying and pursuing sales opportunities and business case development.

Candidate Must Have :
* 5+ years of SAP HR experience (v4.6 or above) with a Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience.Candidates must have hands-on delivery/config experience in the PA/OM modules.
