 Working with Sungard GMI and/or GL Clearvision will be considered a major positive.

Respond to trading desk support calls for assistance on behalf of their customers with Direct Market Access, or themselves on a variety of trading platforms. Investigate Disputed Trades and provide documentation to resolve the dispute. Onboard new customers, internal and external, to the trading platforms. Work with customers, internal and external, for version upgrades Assist customers in testing and implementing their automated trading systems. Participate in system testing of new versions of proprietary systems Perform certification testing with FIX engine providers (Portware, Cameron, Tethys, etc.) on new software versions Identify opportunities to streamline middle and back office processes through integration with electronic trading.
