Web Developer   -SALES/EIS - JC - comp range based on candidate - can do 112/120 base
Java/Web Developer Responsibilities:

• Working as part of the sales technology team and working on various high-profile projects both in new development and support.
• Role focussed around Java/Web development but with exposure to various technologies including: messaging, OLAP
• Involved with full development cycle from requirements gathering, architecture and implementation
• Interaction with global team and front-office business sponsors
• Motivated team player looking for a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Development and implementation of new components and enhancements to existing components.
• Very good understanding of web development tools and technologies.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of solid object-oriented design/programming experience in Java.
• Four+ years of experience in developing solid web-based applications, using HTML, DHTML, JSP/Servlets, Applets, XML/XSL.
• Strong working knowledge of Web based MVC application frameworks (Spring, Struts)
• Strong working knowledge of the following web technologies Javascript, JSON, AJAX
• Sound knowledge of J2EE design patterns.
• Experience with the following databases Sybase, DB2 a plus.
• Proficient in using Weblogic server a plus.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks
