Responsible for all business functions and the effective operation of the Compressors Business Unit consistent with the Company's financial strategic plans, goals, and objectives, and for product direction including engineering, manufacturing, marketing and sales. Strong teamwork principles with other departments (Pumps, Manufacturing, Sales) is critical to the success of the Compressors Business Unit manager and the Compressors team.

Candidate Must Have :
* Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or equivalent required.
* MBA highly desired.
* Position requires minimum of 10 years of applicable experience with emphasis on efficient planning, organization and communications required.
* Experience with the engineering and manufacturing of a technical product is required
* Prior experience in managing profit and loss responsibilities highly desirable.

International experience a plus. Identifying and developing products required for emerging markets is required.
Personal attributes required: Impactful leader with exceptional skills to motivate and lead others. Must also be a values-centered leader with the ability to achieve and maintain ethical leadership, maintain superior product quality, and all profitability objectives as determined by the company. Must lead by example and have proven and demonstrable communication and listening skills that have a positive influence on employees to grow and strengthen the Compressors business.
