The Regional Grains packaging Manager is responsible for management of all financial, production, maintenance, regulatory, quality, safety, and labor relations areas to maximize the units contribution to the companys profitability through efficient supply chain management.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The incumbent manages a highly automated department with complex machinery. He must be knowledgeable concerning sophisticated package machinery and materials being used. The amount of equipment in the department continues to increase and this necessitates keeping abreast of machinery capability, processing and new technology. The incumbent coordinates daily activities with other operating departments, staff groups, and suppliers. He or she must maintain safe and sanitary storage, processing, and packaging facilities. And must be continuously expected to develop, recommend and implement productivity improvements. The incumbent is responsible for the development of high potential members of his staff, while motivating others to perform at the top limit of their individual capabilities.
