PAID RELOCATION AVAILABLE
Coordinate sourcing initiatives to meet overall company objectives including increasing total outsourcing and increasing low cost sourcing by decreasing high cost sourcing. Drive the establishment of engineering centers of excellence to deliver high quality work based on to robust standard work. Act as a resource on export requirements to assist enterprises in expanding their sourcing efforts. Resolve issues to enable accomplishment of engineering sourcing goals.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
BS in Engineering or Sciences; Masters degree in related engineering field is preferred. Minimum of 10 years experience.

Candidate Must Have :
* BS in Engineering or related field
* Experience with outsourcing initiatives
* Low cost sourcing experience
