Mortgage Supply Chain Business Analyst to join a team focused on delivering the current Mortgage Origination supply chain offering. Responsible for analyzing and documenting business and technical requirements for a given customer s unique lending enterprise and mapping those requirements within the context of the Impact Lending Suite software solution. Coordinate client meetings with core delivery teams to facilitate full requirements gathering ultimately leading to the successful delivery of the Impact solution for each client. Report to a Project Manager/Engagement Manager and work with the entire delivery team to coordinate success. Develop, write up requirements documents. Run JAD sessions. Work with client business personnel to advise on delivery goals and outcomes. Skills and Education: Major Field of Study: Bachelors degree required. Advance degree (MBA) a plus; Project Management Skills; Experience managing gap analysis, requirements definition and specification; Knowledge of mortgage origination processes and technology; Meeting and Presentation Skills; Delivery excellence; Effective team leader and team player; Microsoft application suite: .xls, .doc, .ppt, .mpp; Leadership skills/proven ability to deliver results; Communications / relationship building.
Experience with technologies such as Java, Oracle, Business Rules, Workflow. Experience with test plans and testing methodologies a must. Translating business requirements for mortgage supply chain processes into functional and technical requirements for the development team. Must understand mortgage origination supply chain and demonstrate that during interview. 3 years implementing mortgage systems. Travel 25/30%.

* Experience with testing is a must
* Experience with Java and Oracle
