PAID RELOCATION
The Firmware Design Engineer will be responsible for developing firmware for solid state electricity meter products and associated configuration/reading software; will support existing products through firmware maintenance programs and additional feature development programs; will work with prototype and pre-release hardware platforms, develop production and unity test code and work closely with the Hardware Engineering group on design and technical issues; will report project technical progress, issues and risks to management.

The ideal candidate will have a BS degree in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred) and 10-15 years experience in embedded software development with experience working with ARM core processors. Past experience in a leadership capacity on projects that have delivered on-time, to specification, and within budget is highly preferred.
