 Public Services SAP Solutions Group is currently searching for an SAP FI/HR Payroll Integration Lead.

Location: Western US

Roles & Responsibilities:
The Integration Lead will be a member of a leadership team (PMO), more strategic than tactical. He/she should be SAP functional and technical with exposure to public sector implementations.
* Establish roles and responsibilities for team members and stakeholders.
* Participate and lead segments of upgrade assessments.
* Development of landscape changes and lead client towards decisions on the selection of tools.
* Examination of master data models and advising on the impact on new releases.
* Thought leadership regarding SAP's strategy for the integration of PS-CD, FI, HR, MM and SD.
* Relationship building.       
REQUIRED SKILLS

(Must Have):    * 3+ years general industry experience in the Public Sector
* 5 years specialized in SAP system configuration and development with version 4.6C or higher in three or more of the following modules: FI, CO, FM, PS, GM, HR-PY.
* Experience in Payroll / Finance integration. Specific knowledge on the PS specific Payroll Schemas, Grant Reporting (AB1058), PBC (State Schedule 7A for generation of Budgets
* At least one full life-cycle implementation. 
PREFERRED SKILLS

(Nice to Have): * Prior experience with SAP IS-PS or PS-CD
* Solution Manager experience
* Use of HR data for Budgeting in BI Planning
* Experience with Tibco
GEO REQUIREMENTS (Indicate required or preferred)        Location: Northern California

       
RELOCATION OR TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:      Preference is for Bay Area/Sacramento based candidates.  Those from outside the area can expect heavy travel to and from it.  Relocation may be offered.       
COMPENSATION GUIDELINES:        Ballpark $110K to 130k.
